WHAT IS LOW BACK PAIN?

According to the NHS as much as 80% of the UK population suffers from low back pain at some point in their lives.

SYMPTOMS OF LOW BACK PAIN

It is characterised as pain at the base of the spine either central or over to one side of the mid-line. There may also be associated pain into the lower limb.

WHAT CAUSES LOW BACK PAIN?

There are many causes of low back pain. They depend on your age and the nature of the onset. If you feel unwell, unusually tired or have any unexplained weight-loss it is important that you consult your GP about your back pain.
